Denise Gangnes, Word Wrangler

A superb writer who is gifted with the ability to take a wilted sentence and re-animate it with the force of her amazing mind powers, DENISE serves as the senior writer for CommuniCreations, stealing assignments off the desk of her co-conspirator when his back is turned. Make no mistake, Denise is a talented wordsmith, regularly churning out top quality product for clients worldwide. Not surprising, given her love of words, sentences and reputation as a grammar Nazi.

Denise cut her teeth in the exciting world of broadcasting at a major Seattle area radio station, lured away only briefly to Jacksonville, Florida by broadcast concerns there. Perplexed at the lack of elevation change in Florida, she returned to Seattle in order to get a decent cup of coffee.

After 18 years putting polish on marketing materials for two award-winning Seattle design firms, Denise attempted, and failed miserably at retirement. In her return to the writing world, Denise brings tremendous enthusiasm and talent to the position of senior writer, crafting expert prose that is fresh, inviting and surprisingly effective.

She is a former high school cheerleader captain, parade float queen, professional raspberry harvester and was recognized as Writer of the Year back when Selectric IIs were all the rage. Flaunting an obsessive compulsion for volunteerism, she has served as Sunday school teacher, drama booster president, girl scout leader, and reluctant PTSA board member and has a passion for murder mysteries, wind chimes, lavender, and crafting homemade liquers.
